Through the use of technology many companies are now taking everyday information collected at sites
and turning that raw risk data into management
intelligence which can be used to make better
business decisions. This paper looks at risks in
detail as well as how to resolve them so they do
not impact your projects. Case studies of a fully
automated incident management process and
consolidated reporting of risk assessments to
group levels will also be studied to find out their
reasons for success.
