Exhibitors building their own stands may occupy their space from 13:00 Saturday March 15, 2014. Other exhibitors can start setting up their booths at 10:00, March 16, 2014.

The booth comprises the exhibit space, walls, carpet lighting and fascia name panel. Companies may request as many adjacent units as necessary to accommodate their displays.

Standard Package Includes:

  • 2.5m high-anodized system posts and beams (natural color) with the off- white polykem infill panels.
  • White fascia board (300mm height) with company name in vinyl sticker cut-out in standard lettering.
  • Two fluorescent tubes (40w) to be installed behind fascia board as general lighting for every 9m2.
  • One 13-amp single-phase power point socket for every 9 m2.
  • Two wall shelves to be installed for every 9 m2.
  • One (1) information counter ant two (2) folding chairs.
  • Complimentary admission to the conference and exhibition, meals and coffee breaks only (2persons per9 m2 booth).
  • Company and product listings in the proceedings.
  • The size of each panel is 2365cmH x 975cmW. The panels are made out of wood, you can place easy to remove stickers but no drilling or nailing are allowed.

Payment

A deposit in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of exhibit space reserved must accompany the Exhibit Space Reservation Form. The remaining 50% is due on or before December 1, 2013.
ASSE-MEC reserves the right to cancel any booth space(s) for which an invoice remains unpaid 30 days after invoicing.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation requests will be accepted after December 1, 2013, cancellation request received before December 1, 2013 will be subject to 25% as service charge.

Installation

Exhibitors building their own stands may occupy their space from 13:00 Saturday
March 15, 2014. Other exhibitors can start setting up their booths at 10:00 March 16, 2014

All booths must be installed by 07:00 PM, Sunday, March 16, 2014

Dismantling Schedule

Dismantling schedule will begin at 14:00 and be completed by 20:00, Thursday, March 20, 2014.

Fire and Safety Regulations

The regulations of the Gulf Hotel Bahrain must be followed, and all exhibits may be subject to safety and fire inspection.
