Dr. Earl Blair
Dr. Blair is an award-winning author and educator with over 30 years safety experience in manufacturing, chemical and petrochemical industries, safety performance consulting, and higher education. He is currently Professor and Director of the safety management graduate program at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, USA. His prior positions include Department Chair of Safety, Health and Environmental Health Sciences at Indiana State in Terre Haute Indiana, and Interim Director of Heartland Safety and Health Education Center at Indiana University. His research and education focus on designing interventions to improve safety performance.
